My Other Side of The Moon reaches a major milestone with its 100th release, choosing Tayllor to mark the occasion with “Epic”, a track that reflects both the label’s Afro House roots and its growing international reach.
Founded in Maputo, Mozambique, in 2019, My Other Side of The Moon has grown into one of the leading names in the global Afro House scene, building a catalogue that brings together producers from different corners of the genre. For its landmark 100th release, the label turns to Tayllor, an artist already connected to its history through his contribution to Joezi’s “You’re Not Alone”.

Born in Greece and now based in Dubai, Tayllor has established himself through a series of internationally recognised productions. His 2022 hit “Vagabundo” reached number one in Beatport’s Afro House chart after spending two months in the Top 10, while “My Neck, My Back (Lick It)” became one of the defining track IDs of 2023.
“Epic” continues that focus on melody. The track is built around an Afro House melodic theme that runs through the arrangement, while Afro vocals move naturally within the production rather than dominating it. Additional Afro elements complete the sound without taking attention away from its central groove.
Tayllor’s international profile has also continued to grow through performances at Tomorrowland’s Ushuaïa stage for two consecutive years and support from artists including Black Coffee, Keinemusik, Diplo and RÜFÜS DU SOL.
With “Epic”, Tayllor and My Other Side of The Moon celebrate a significant chapter in the label’s story, while continuing to underline the global momentum of Afro House.
“Epic” is out now on My Other Side of The Moon.
