The 2026 edition of Primavera Sound will take place in Parc del Fòrum in Barcelona (Spain) next June with an ambitious and genre-spanning lineup — and the electronic contingent is shaping up to be one of the festival’s most exciting pillars. Taking place from June 4 to 6 (with fringe events extending around those dates) at the Parc del Fòrum, the festival has already confirmed a lineup of over 150 acts.

Electronic & DJ highlights

From full-blown techno to house, experimental electronica and club-forward DJ sets, Primavera 2026 is loaded with dance music talent. The closing party Primavera Bits (on June 7) promises a heavy electronic send-off: Carl Cox, Joseph Capriati, BLOND:ISH, and Greta are all confirmed to spin, delivering a mix of high-energy techno, progressiveness, and global club culture.

Other heavyweight names in the electronic lineup include Skrillex, who brings his bass-driven spectacle; Peggy Gou, whose sets are both dancefloor and melodic; Overmono with their forward-thinking live electronic sound; KI/KI anchoring the harder techno edge; Underground Resistance adding the history and weight of Detroit style; Sama’ Abdulhadi, Guedra Guedra, Merzbow, Mohammad Reza Mortazavi, ¥ØU$UK€ ¥UK1MAT$U, Ninajirachi, Lechuga Zafiro & Verraco, among others.

Headliners & live acts

While the DJs bring the high times from night into dawn, the headliners anchor the broader musical narrative. The verified major names include The Cure, Gorillaz, The xx, Doja Cat, Massive Attack, Addison Rae, and My Bloody Valentine. Other standout live acts: PinkPantheress, Wet Leg, Mac DeMarco, Little Simz, Blood Orange, Father John Misty, Slowdive, Ethel Cain, Dijon, Bad Gyal, Alex G, and more, showing off a variety of indie rock, pop, shoegaze, experimental, and alternative sounds.
